- Nuclei familiari con almeno tre figli a carico.
Il nuovo bando introduce una novità : un contributo aggiuntivo per chi decide di comprare una casa in classe energetica b (1.000 euro) o classe a (2.000 euro).
Il reddito ISE di chi fa domanda per il contributo non deve superare i 35mila euro l'anno e in questo caso dovranno acquistare un immobile non inferiore a 25mila euro e non superiore a 280.000 euro, e il mutuo deve essere stipulato per una durata non inferiore ai 5 anni.
